the enzyme is 100% stable for 30 min at 4°C. It loses about 10%, 20% and 40% of its maximal activity when incubated at 37°C, 42°C and 50°C, respectively for 30 min. When incubated at 60°C for 30 min, the enzyme loses all of its activity
