without any stabilizer, all samples except at pH 9.5, 10.0 and 6.0 maintain over 100% activity after being pre-treated in buffers ranging from pH 7.0-10.5 for 1 h at 30°C. The enzyme keeps more than 100% of its maximal activity after 1 h at 40°C (pH 7.0-9.0). Furthermore, it is stable under weak alkaline conditions (pH 7.0-9.0) after being pre-treated for 1 h at 50°C
