Homo sapiens microRNA-603 directly interacts with the 3'-UTR region of enzyme gene and produces a 6fold decrease of both enzyme mRNA and protein upon transfection in glioblastoma cell line in vitro. Downregulation of enzyme expression by microRNA-181d and microRNA-767-3p is due to degradation of the enzyme mRNA. microRNA-221 and microRNA-222 also downregulate the enzyme expression down
