General Information

General Information Comment Organism
physiological function ML1419c expression in Pseudomonas aeruginosa alters colony morphology, motility and biofilm formation in a manner consistent with increased cyclic di-GMP production. ML1419c expression increases cyclic di-GMP production in cultures in comparison to the vector control. The observed phenotypes and increased levels of cyclic di-GMP can be abrogated by mutation of the active site in ML1419c Mycobacterium leprae
