General Stability

General Stability Organism
the immobilized enzyme is more stable in wet condition than in semi-dry condition and storing it at 4°C is more favourable over 27°C. There is a tremendous decrease in activity when the immobilized urease is not stored in buffer (i.e. semi-dry condition) and storing it at 4°C improves the longevity. Both the alkyl and arylamine-urease in wet condition stored at 4°C are further reused (30times) and the residual activity are 40% and 20%, respectively Cajanus cajan
